Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Early Access

POHPEH sells digital products (such as the POHPEH Commerce SEO Skill) and service subscriptions. Because digital products are accessible immediately after delivery, the following applies.

2. Refund Window

• Monthly subscriptions — full refund within 14 days of first purchase if the service has not been significantly used.
• Early Access Skill (one-time purchase) — refund within 14 days if the product does not work as documented.
• After 14 days — refunds are not available unless a proven defect exists; we will remedy it through support.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the contact page with: account/purchase email, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 7 business days.

4. Exceptions

• Feature changes during Early Access (per Terms §5) are not grounds for a refund.
• SEO outcomes are not guaranteed — lack of specific rankings is not a refund reason.
• Misuse of the service voids refund rights.
