Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing pohpeh.tech or using POHPEH services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

POHPEH provides AI-based SEO/GEO/commerce analysis and recommendation tools. Services labeled Early Access or Beta are experimental and may change without notice. Features labeled Coming Soon are not yet available and no specific date is promised.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You may only use the service for lawful purposes.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse.

4. Analyze vs Apply Mode

All analysis operations are read-only. Operations that modify external systems (e.g., writing metadata to Odoo/CMS) only happen through Apply Mode with your explicit approval. POHPEH never writes to external systems without authorization.

5. Early Access Commerce SEO Skill

The POHPEH Commerce SEO Skill product is sold as Early Access with capabilities documented at the time of purchase. Future capabilities follow the versioning and changelog policy. Purchasing means accepting the Early Access status and possible product behavior changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All POHPEH content, brands, and software are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to data processing per that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". POHPEH does not guarantee specific SEO outcomes or search rankings. Recommendations are advice, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Contact
